"L'hôtel est vraiment sympa, propre,confortable et à taille humaine. Comme il est au bout de la ville, il est nécessaire de prendre un taxi pour aller dans le centre (ceci dit il n'ya pas grand-chose à faire dans le centre) mais du coup, l'environnement est calme et il y a peu de bruit. Le personnel est vraiment attentif à nos demandes, réactif et sympathique. La plage, même si elle n'est pas super, est proche et il y a à disposition des chaises longues. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine."

"Over all it was a good stay. You can't get any closer and for a first look at the pyramids this is the place. It's a no-frills place but if you want good views, this is it. Also it may appear to be a in unsafe area but it is actually pretty secure and safe. They a plenty of YouTube videos that will show you exactly what to expect. "

Saima at the front desk was always available and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests.she a real gem. We were in rooms on the 5th floor with the best views of the pyramids of Giza. "The property is situated right on the bank of the river Nile and our room had a view of the river. The roof top restaurant also overlooked the Nile. The room itself was large but very basic containing only a queen size bed and 1 small bedside cabinet. There was a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom had 1 of those folding doors which was off its track. No soundproofing there, you can hear people talking at all hours and chairs being pushed back. The food there is superb. "This place was overall pretty great! Staff were so friendly and polite and upgraded our room to a pyramids view room for free. Great views on the rooftop lookoff, close to shops, restaurants and tourist activities. Only issue we had were Ubers sometimes unable to get to us due to traffic jams but it never prevented us from getting to where we needed to go. Would recommend!!"

"The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one"
