"Property is beautifully situated on the beach in the beginning of the action. the views from the balcony I was on the 17th floor gorgeous. all the security great but Luis is the best he helped sincerely not expecting anything. then from the dining area Yuri, Jose major y menor pretty much everyone was kind and very helpful. Unfortunately, the people at the front desk aren't that kind and helpful. Nonetheless I would stay again and recommend."

"The service was very professional and polite. The hotel has an excellent location if the Laguito neighborhood is what you are looking for. We were meeting with friends staying across the street at the Hilton but didn't want to spend $400 per night. The hotel was clean, but somewhat dated.
