"The hotel was stunningly beautiful and the staff were amazing. Our room was a good size for a family of four. The pool is small but was a cozy and welcoming environment to relax. We especially liked the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. "

Deal breaker - when we needed to give two small children a bath, we discovered that there was NO hot water. We vacated the premises and found alternative lodging. Complained same day with ZERO resolution from “host”"
