"The game cards are not interchangeable between great wolf lodge locations. We had cards from Naples Florida Great wolf lodge and they would not work nor would the lodge exchange them. The game wands can be used but a $20CAD price is needed to reprogram them to the version at your location. The price at Niagara Falls GWL is very high compared to other locations in the United States, however they do vary in the USA significantly."

"The location was excellent. There were very few towels provided initially. When we requested more, they were brought to us, but there should have been more towels available from the start. The pillows were terrible—too firm and overstuffed, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall, the room had everything we needed, but the blankets were also too small for a double bed and not very comfortable."
