Hotels with Hot Tubs in Fallsview Boulevard

"We arrived at 5:30 pm. When we went to check in, we were informed that our room was not ready yet. We were informed that the only option was to downgrade the room. Parking charges apparently vary, as people checking in next to us were charged less for the same lot. The room next to ours was apparently having a party. When we called at midnight to inform the staff no action was taken. The staff generally seemed indifferent. There are plenty of options on where to stay in Niagara Falls. Make a better choice than I did. "

"Clean room, congested area. Alot of food places. If you order door dash to hotel, wait done stairs in the lobby someone stole our order and the front desk couldn't help. Then second order was almost given to the wrong person. "

"The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were lovely. The only complaint is there was a nonstop high pitched noise (which I think was a fan on one of the rooftops) that was really annoying. Location was great"
