"The room we were in was not what was advertised or sold to us. Met with the manager who blamed Expedia. The receptionist that checked us in advised that they sell 2-bedroom suites but in fact only have connecting rooms. If we knew this, we wouldn't have stayed there. No compensation was offered for simply getting connecting rooms. Very disappointed in both what we received and the approach from the duty manager."

"Please make sure that the aircon in the room works. With above 90 humidity it is impossible to be comfortable. We struggled with sub par aircon fir two nights before they agreed to change our room"

"Breakfast was great! Variety daily. I love that the rooms were clean everyday not on request or every other day. Excellent location with shops and food nearby. Staff and workers were extremely diligent and helpful with accommodating your needs. Overall, excellent experience and stay for 2 weeks."
