"Short end of season skiing break. Accomodation ideally located for the slopes as well as the main town / restaurants. Main reception adequate however only open at certain times of the day. Has pool table but lacks bar and could be a better social area. Pool area / gym good (closes at 8pm though) but no idea how busy this gets peak season. Generally had that end of season feel about it. Accomodation clean and relatively spacious but will never understand how the French place the one toilet...

"Nice appartments with access to large warm swimming pool and spa. Kitchen is well equiped. Whole area is very family friendly. Flaine has limited access by car - you can drive to hotel and unload your stuff (parking for 1 hour only), then you need to re-park your car in public parking space (P2) that is about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. In summer it was for free."

"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating. "Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday. The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts. The spa is very clean and has a great lay out. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Reception is lovely with great staff who all speak fantastic English. Room had a large balcony too. Towels, soaps and bed linen is all supplied. (you do have to rent robes). Only changes I would have made are- Fold out sofa beds are not very comfy. I would have liked more /...

"Great Resort, on of the best, Room in a great location close to the slopes. The single beds room a little on the small side. Double beroom, Kitchen and Bathroom all great, Sofa bed a little uncomfortable (as usual with these) Only spoilt by a lack of attention by the staff, namely dust in the room where it hadn't been cleaned properly, WiFi that only worked intermittently due to a lack of available connections most of the time (under specified system) The Spa floor was always dirty, hot...
