Everything was pretty good. Very clean room and comfortable bed. A nice breakfast buffet for 5 Euro with great coffee. Internet in the room was weak occasionally.

For the price it was great location and clean. I have visited Florence many times but this was the first time staying in a hostel. Would recommend. Internet was fast and I was able to work without issue.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst place I stay on my entire 3 week Europe trip. The bathrooms were disgusting and the staff was very rude.

The staff is really lovely. It is close to a bus stop that brings you to the center. They have an area to hang around inside and outside and it is nice to have a breakfast option

The hotel is locked up like a prison. Security gates for the main entrance and car park made us feel like we were in a very unsafe part of town. No cutlery at all for the kitchen, no washing liquid or dish clothes. We were told if the kitchen wasn’t left immaculate we would be charged €50 for cleaning. There wasn’t anything to clean it with. Pool towels cost extra. No deck chairs for the pool. Clean rooms, staff were friendly. A weird vibe with security gates and nothing close in the neighbourhood to walk to E.g supermarkets or restaurants. Five minute walk to the train station to get to Milan center

Is a really nice hostel, the rooms are quite small and they have a lot of mosquitoes on it, but the beds are comfy and clean, the commun areas are great, and the staff is very kind

Higly recommend
Positive surprised of cleanliness and service. Bed made everyday and room cleaned. Delicious breakfast just for €5. Staff friendly and helpful. Hostel 35 mins away from main atractions, not really worth to catch a bus. Shops and take away just round the corner. Hostel accept groups under 18 so not really happy with a noise or space in the eating area.

Pleasant Stay at 7 Santi
Helpful staff, room was basic but clean. We always had hot water and the shower pressure was strong. Toilets were fine, just could do with a few minor repairs (flickering lights, new toilet seat). Breakfast was good for those on a budget, only 5€ and could help yourself to a selection of pre packaged pastries, cereal, ham, cheese and toast. A variety of hot drinks and cold, soy milk was also available. Only thing I would have wanted would be a selection of fruit as well. Although it is outside of the centre we walked to and from the hostel every day, only took us about 25 minutes. If walking isn’t your thing though there is a regular bus across the road outside and you can buy tickets from the newspaper seller who opens early. Didn’t really hear any of the other guests in the evening, slept well. Overall a pleasant stay.

Nice Stay with Room with a view
Our stay was very good. Our room had a nice view of Florence. It was clean and spacious. Surroundings are full with restaurants, super shops etc. People at the receptions are also very nice, helpful and friendly. The only thing was little bit annoying was the internet, it was not working properly the whole time our stay for 5 nights. Should have been fixed. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and definitely recommended.

Good, basic accommodation within walking distance (~30 mins) of the historical city center of Firenze. Well connected via public transport to the main station (SMN Firenze) by the nearby bus stop and the train station. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. They offer breakfast buffet for €5 and dinner buffet for €7. Areas of improvement: There was an unpleasant smell of mold in the bathroom. The fan in our room became very noisy after having been turned on for a couple of hours, waking us up multiple times per night. Overall I would say that this accommodation is good value for money.

This hostel was quite above my expectations, which i had made from previous hostel stays. The rooms and corridors are spacious. Very clean common areas and lobby. Well maintained furniture and fixtures and nice cooperative staff.

The building is old. It has a lift, which is slow and sounds worn out. An attempt has been made to modernise by adding an ensuite to the room in which we stayed, but there isn’t enough space and it is the tiniest shower ever. Regarding the shared kitchen facilities, the fridge is a disgrace, overflowing with food going off. I know that is the fault of inconsiderate hostel guests, but the hostel management really should clean up and look after the facilities or not provide them at all. There is no water in the kitchen, have to fill the kettle from the public toilet hand basin, and no cloths to wash up anything. Located out of town , but centre is easily reached by bus or walking.

Cheap and good stay!
It’s a good value hostel. I can’t complain. The service is minimum but that’s because it’s a hostel. The place is clean and the room is nice. The local area is not very enlightening.

this hostel was much better than i expected it would be! front desk people were very kind&helpful, room was clean and breakfast was decent. at the evening beer and sangria was only 1 euro which was nice, and the supermarket is right next to the hostel. the only bad thing was the location, you have to walk 30-40 minutes to reach duomo.

Clean, spacious hostel
I had a wonderful time here. I was in a four bed mixed dorm, and it was surprisingly spacious and super clean and fresh. They provided sheets, pillow, blanket and even a towel. I've never been to a hostel that gives a towel! It was so nice! It's further out from city center, but if you're familiar with Florence and the bus system, it's no problem at all.

Reasonable hostel that's conveniently located
Very conveniently located to the bus stop. A supermarket nearby. Place is simply furnished. Breakfast is super affordable at 5 euros and it's really good. Overall, the place is worth the money (if you're a budget traveller or on a short stay in florence).
