"The hospitality was just amazing. Came in to find a bottle of wine, then the minibar was free. They brought wine and made the beds and topped up coffee pods for Turn down service. The room was beautiful, took a deluxe room with a balcony overviewing the street with trams. The bathroom and amenities were just great. Walking distance to everything. We love it!"

My wife and I are older and expected a little bit of help with the bags to the car the clerk that helped her out with the bags and push the bag towards the curb and that was the end of it turned around and walked inside. Most of the staff I would say 90% we’re fantastic. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for access to the Christmas market in good food"

"The location was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very modern and clean. Note to self, there are no elevators and you must navigate at least 2 to 4 levels. Wine choices at front desk where wonderful and affordable."
