"Everything about this place was perfect! The hotel staff at front desk were so so sweet! Alex was very funny and helpful when we checked-in, despite how tired we were. Pooja was also so sweet to us - they all felt like friends. Room was spotless, location is right next to Paddington station, loved the area. Only thing is that the washroom was tiny! also lots of stairs to go up to our room since we were on the 4th floor so just a heads up for those that would want to avoid stairs. "

"We had a lovely stay at The Strand Palace. The hotel is in a fabulous location very close to Covent Garden, the theatre district and many other attractions. The room was to a high standard. The bed was comfy. The amenities were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety."

"Although there were initially issues with the booking as they overbooked and they cancelled, but still being advertised at the hotels.com and when informed the staff at the hotel, stated were unaware of it & will inform the website which they did not, therefore rebooked it through the website. Initially they refused to accommodate for overnight with no choice but fear of bad review then they offered alternative accommodation along with uber return journey and breakfast. I feel that the staff at 3 Falcon are very professional efficient and sympathetic with their customers."
