"The service was exceptional, also the food and cocktails. The place was really well decorated and looked elegant. Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. "Good place to stay. Staff could have been more friendly and informative, but awesome place to stay. Take bus 111 to Heathrow for 2 pounds instead of 14 pound direct bus. Same thing and only takes a few minutes. From Heathrow, you can take the tube downtown and then take the 111 back to the hotel. That’s the most cost efficient way to travel to and from the hotel. An uber from the last tube station was around 17 pounds as there is no direct route and there is no bus directly from the tube station.
