"Be very careful at this location when using the WiFi. Someone got my information and log on my bank account and changed the phone number and address. I was lucky that the bank froze the account."

"The hair dryer broke in my room, it was replaced in less than 10 mins, amazing service thank you. Generally the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend your hotel. "

The plumbing 'gurgled' for some time after use and the sink drain had a dirty smell that could be stopped by running water in it. The breakfast was served buffet style, the food was cold and the choices limited. One elevator did not work. The entire facility needs significant upgrades. I can't help but feel that the cab I requested was somehow connected to the staff. I was charged 30 pounds to return to the airport in an unmarked cab while I paid only 15 to get there in a black cab. I feel disappointed by my stay at the hotel and cannot recommend it at all. There are many other options nearby."
