"Friendly welcome from lady on duty. Lovely clean room. Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Parking was simple and felt very safe. "

"Scarlett assisted me with check-in and showed me to my room. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient, making for a great first impression. I stayed in a Deluxe Double, which was a good size and featured a lovely, well-laid-out bathroom. The thoughtful extras in the room, such as the fans (even though the room has air conditioning) and the clothes steamer, were very much appreciated. There are two areas that I think could be improved. First, given the size of the room, a queen-size bed would fit comfortably and make the stay more enjoyable for couples. Second, additional storage would be helpful. The closet provides hanging space, and the coffee/tea station has a shelf, but there is limited shelving overall, especially for two people sharing the room. My room was located at the rear of the property, which made it nice and quiet. It was also worth paying extra for the rear parking, as I could see my car from my room. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The ameneties were all that I hoped they would be when booking the stay (Sauna/Gym/Pool/Jacuzzi). I was notified of any additional chargers well before hand and in a clear and concise manner. The food was of a very good quality and in large enough portions. I cannot speak to the Bar, as I rarely drink."

"Lovely pub, terrible male management - made multiple mistakes on our drinks, still charged us and refused to give an itemised bill and lied saying they'd email one. Forced us to pay significantly more due to their multiple mistakes. Also the male manager refused to take our orders in the booked area outside, despite this being part of the service that is offered when any other member of staff is working. Lazy git. Pub I would recommend. Male management, I would not. Expect to pay more for their mistakes."
