"Staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay. Room was impeccably clean and breakfast was lovely. Only slight issue was staff were sometimes a little slow getting to us to order cooked breakfast meaning we had to miss out on the one day because we had an impatient toddler. We also had dinner on our first night and it was lush."

"Breakfast haphazard and a bit of a let down. A basket of toast is just two slices of toast so don’t order one to share. Ordered eggs on toast and the waitress even apologised when she brought it. Evening meals and drinks they do well. The room was nice but could do with a freshen up and proper clean. The road was shut the day we came for an event they could have easily told us so we arrived after it reopened."

"An old coaching inn rather than a hotel. Accommodation area dated. Room was small with big bathroom, well equipped but needed updating. Shower was broken. Certainly not the claimed 4 stars. Bar was pleasant and the breakfast good, spoilt by overcooked eggs. Staff very helpful. Very limited parking, max 4 spaces, which seemed to be permanently full."

"Upon arrival i was met by Guy who welcomed me with a smile, and i was made to feel at home. He showed to my room, which was very clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, all facilities were in a clean and working order. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. Ideal location with plenty of places to visit close by, would definitely stay again."

"From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. The property itself is absolutely stunning. It's set in a private, fenced area with a beautiful private garden. Its perfect for relaxation and enjoying some peaceful time. The whole setup offers excellent privacy and a real sense of retreat. The amenities were thoughtfully prepared, making our stay comfortable and convenient from start to finish. We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a special getaway. Five stars!"
