"Nice, big, and spacious hotel and room. Windows and air conditioning that worked. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great! Very convenient for the airport with the HotelHoppa bus. Restaurant options weren't to my taste and there weren't many options nearby."

"I greatly appreciated the upgrade to the room immediately. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! The amenities in the room were wonderful. Fantastic toiletries, robe, slippers, and an assortment of tea’s coffees and a couple of biscuits. (Cookies for Americans :)) After being in the UK for three weeks, I greatly appreciated the amazing air-conditioning in the room for my last night stay!! There was a nice lively restaurant open late as well. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time for breakfast."

"The property was clean and well-maintained, and it was conveniently located near the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We arrived a bit late from another airport that was about an hour and a half away from Heathrow. It was evident that the kids were exhausted, and the front desk manager kindly gave them teddy bears as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciated that thoughtful gesture. "
