Very nice and spacious with a walking distance to Hakata station. Things are just like what you’re seeing in the photos. The room is fully equipped with everything you would need and very suitable for a group travel. Self check in was easy. One thing to improve would be the room cleanliness as there was some dust on certain areas like…on TV, the top of microwave oven, etc. Other than that, things are superb! Highly recommend this place!

Very nice place to stay. The room is layered out nicely and had everything we needed Laundry soap and shower items were provided. We will be staying here again on our next trip.

My husband & I stayed at 3 different airb&bs during our stay in Fukuoka.We stilll have one more hotel reserved. I enjoyed SG Residence Inn best because I liked the floor plan...there are sliding doors between bedroom and DK. I need the partition because I stay up late. Elevator is nice for tourists with big luggage. One suggestion...welcome sign or photo in the lobby and some chairs. Cleaning the ceiling lights (I noticed cobweb on them). I would like to stay again in the future.

Japanese Content of English forms is impossible
Unfortunately, parts of the English registration were in Japanese and could not be completed. This led to lots of problems with registration check in and check out. In addition, we saw several family stranded at the front door, unable to enter. Finally, the emergency number cannot be called if you don’t have a Japanese phone. Finding Sim cards is extremely difficult.

Thank you for staying with us.The password for the entrance was sent to the email address you registered in advance, but it seems that it was difficult to understand. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied.Also, language communication is difficult in different countries, but I would like to try to improve it.
