"There isn’t too much directly around the hotel, but if you walk for 10-15 minutes north-west there’s a great shopping area. Room was massive with a queen sized bed, and it was relatively clean, staff were kind and helpful."

"Great! Self check-in, a quick walk from Yōga Station, and a quiet neighborhood. I'm short so the room was cozy, but if you're tall/large it may not be as easy to use. Otherwise great--small balcony, a deep tub, and a washing machine."

"The unit is so convenient 4-minutes walk to Sangen Chaya station which is close to major Tokyo areas. It is very clean and comfortable room with quiet area yet so close to stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay."

"Convenient location near the Scramble, nearby stores, and metro. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have a decent amount of space. Would consider staying here again. "
"If you want to stay in one of the most interesting, cool, and delux neighbourhoods in Tokyo, while enjoying a uniquely Tokyo hotel experience, Hotel Mustard is an excellent choice. The staff are super friendly and helpful; breakfast at the cafe downstairs is delicious, high quality, and convenient; and honestly, if you love vinyl records and minimalist Tokyo style, this hotel ticks all the boxes. It’s excellent value for a neighbourhood like this. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
"My family and I stayed at Shibuya Stream for a December trip to Tokyo and it was PHENOMENAL. It has a lot of little perks like a wide variety of toiletries available in the lobby, loaner umbrellas, on-site self-serve laundry, amazing service and more. The rooms were on the smaller size but with very comfortable mattresses and super soft sheets. We did not have a single complaint and would stay there again anytime!"
"Excellent location, comfortable room, very clean and loved having washer/dryer in room. Staff super friendly! Might be my favorite hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our stay!"
"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the amenities you could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. Housekeeping did a great job throughout the stay.
The location was perfect, convenient and close to restaurants, shops. The hotel facilities were well kept, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.
Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant stay."
