We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Everything was excellent, from the facilities and service to the convenient location and transportation. There were also so many great restaurants and cafés nearby, which made the location even more enjoyable. We truly loved this hotel and could not have been happier with our choice. Whenever we visit Tokyo in the future, this will definitely be our first choice. We will absolutely stay here again!

This was the best hotel we stayed in Tokyo. We had a deluxe room which was amazing. It was large had a great view of the city was really conveniently close to the train station. The laundry room and facilities were amazing and perfect. The Neighborhood of Gotanda where it’s located is not as loud as the other neighborhoods so it was a good place to catch Starbucks breakfast in the morning as well as a nice quiet walk. If I had to gripe, I would only gripe about the breakfast. Even though it says American breakfast, it wasn’t really that good and we ended up eating breakfast outside.

This hotel is incredible. They provide lots of thoughtful extras, like pyjamas; you can also rent gym shoes, and they put umbrellas out for rainy days. It's above a fabulous food court where you can get a huge meal for about £6. The staff are super-friendly and attentive, and lots of them speak great English. There's even a laundry facility for guests to use.

Greats friendly staff always makes us feel welcome and accomodating. Room service daily and clean, the layout, size and view to Mt Fuji on clear day. The hotel was immaculately clean, the room was spacious, and the views amazing. It was an easy location to get around Tokyo and explore the city from. I’d recommend it for any first time visitors.
