"Check-in was easy, staff was Very friendly. John was the one who checked us in, other staff we interacted woth was awesome. We had an accedent one of my kids spilt a sweet drink in the vehicle and due to bear being in the area, we wanted to get it cleaned up so one lady gave me some towels and rubbing alcohol to clean it up. Also when we needed towels Hector brought them to our room. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. Only thing i would recommend is the hotel needs a laundry room. We stayed a whole week and having to bring dirty clothes home for a family of 4. Other than that definitely a Great place to stay. "

"Check in people were very nice. Told us to be sure and lock our cars not put any food in because of the bears true to the word we saw one in the parking lot. Had a great time."

"Handy to everything we were there for, and they allowed us to park there before checking in, as we got there too early, so wanted to go explore. Added excitement of watching a bear stroll by below our balcony...we've been coming to Gatlinburg for years, and this was our first time actually seeing a bear in town. Amazing."

"The hotel is close to the downtown attractions and the hotel’s restaurant is excellent. Staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel is on a hill with nice views. The hotel advises not to leave food in the car so that bears don’t damage the car trying to get to the food."
