"This is our second stay at Margaritaville and we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Gatlinburg!, although parking was difficult we noticed many cars without permits and a few guests stating they paid for one room but had several family members stay with them because the rooms were a bit pricey and allowed them to park on the property as well..this may have added to why parking was so challenging..overall the property is beautifully maintained! "

"We loved the views inside and out of the hotel. The staff were all top notch. It was very comfortable but the bath/toilet area was on the small side. The suite was worth the extra money. It had plenty of places to sit and enjoy our family all being together and the bed faced the mountain views."

"We had a nice view of the Smoky Mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub because it was clean and nobody else was around. Very quiet for being in town. Room was clean and spacious."

"Check-in was easy, staff was Very friendly. John was the one who checked us in, other staff we interacted woth was awesome. We had an accedent one of my kids spilt a sweet drink in the vehicle and due to bear being in the area, we wanted to get it cleaned up so one lady gave me some towels and rubbing alcohol to clean it up. Also when we needed towels Hector brought them to our room. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. Only thing i would recommend is the hotel needs a laundry room. We stayed a whole week and having to bring dirty clothes home for a family of 4. Other than that definitely a Great place to stay. "

"Check in people were very nice. Told us to be sure and lock our cars not put any food in because of the bears true to the word we saw one in the parking lot. Had a great time."
