I stayed on room 308, on the night have water flood from heavy rain, not so sure where it came from i found in morning on floor. I hope hotel can fix this case out. location is good, but far from center of George Town ( Street arts, gallery) but surrounded by many nice food stall, food court and cafe. Overall, okay to stay.

Nice clean hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Had some issues with a row that broke out at 5.40am and went on door banging and shouting till about 7am but hotel did their best. It takes around 15 mins to walk to China town but we didn't mind the walk as there was stuff on the way, really nice square near by with a great duck resturant which is super cheap

Love the room. It’s clean, tidy and sufficient. The shower room is awesome. Local area is great too. However, the room’s sound proofing is not so good parking can be a little challenging.

Stayed here for the third time already. The hotel is just off Georgetown's main road (Macalister Rd), close to the food stalls and easy to get to~

Great Location
A nice boutique hotel for a short getaway to Penang. Overall facilities are basic but it's clean and the shower is good. Location is excellent with many eateries surrounding it . We're spoilt for choice for hawker and restaurant food. Parking space is also available so we don't have to hunt for parking lots. The hotel staff are friendly and responsive to your request. A suggestion for improvement is that the hotel should provide more power/charging points in the room.

Well situated
The hotel rooms are well decorated, clean with good facilities. However the rooms are quite noisy, particularly from other floors which is a shame as otherwise my overall score would have been higher. The hotel is close to a goid selection of restaurants abd is within easy walking distance of Komtar.

Warm reception staff. This zealous gentleman (shame I didn't ask his name) recommended things to do and route to avoid so as not to get caught in a flood. Staff braved heavy downpour to guide hotel guests with their parking

It's a nice little hotel
The room is small but that's not my major dissatisfaction. To access the hotel lobby from the outside, we had to climb up a few very steep stairs. There is no ramp access making it very difficult to haul our luggage up and down.

Food is abundant but cleanliness is bad
The hotel towels are all dirty with stains on it, the pillow case is dirty as well. The shower was great as the water pressure is high. Near the hotel has lots of food stall so does not need to worry about that There are 11 parking slots if the car lift works, else -3 parking slot Room decoration is nicely done with flat screen TV and bottled water for guest. Room uses a touch keycard

Excellent Hotel
Good hotel. Although my room had no window, it was spacious with twin beds and glass enclosed bathroom and shower. Plenty of room. Staff was great, room clean, and great wifi. The only negative was the club next to the hotel which blasted music until 3 am. Having the air conditioner on helped to minimize the music! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

my room was leaking and no heater in my room
my room was leaking . i call lobby for solve my prob. but they just come to my room and just use towel to put on that place leaking. i request one room, but they said it already fully booked. okie, i accept it. then i go bath, there has no heater although i had change the shower from cold to hot.
