Room was very dirty, shabby and looks as though no maintenance has been carried out for a long time. Would never consider staying there again.

We were not given the room we had booked as were other travelers that checked in at the same time. After much discussion, we eventually were given the correct room. It was extremely frustrating after a long day.

Absolutely Filthy!!! Lounge completely covered in stains! Crawling with bugs! bed coverings unchanged and smelt of sweat! bed sheets covered in human hair! Absolutely disgusting! How this place hasn’t been reported and closed down is beyond me!!

Dirtiest place i’ve paid for. Blinds were missing panels and dirty. Walls and shower look like they have never been cleaned. Unfortunately came in pretty late otherwise would have gone looking for other accomodation. Beds seemed clean though.

Hot Water and Clean Sheets is about it... Residence Noisy. like 1-4am bashing and carrying on. (assume long-stay or even permanent tenants) Damaged Doors inside unit, dented fridge. Just looks like it's been treated harshly in it's time.

Rude manager. Room was filthy, pans dirty, wash cloth old and dirty. Booked in for three people in a three bed room with only two towels available. Toaster broken. Room run down and old. No pride in the property or guess satisfaction.

The property manager was very nice and kind. The staff are always welcoming and happy to be here. I really enjoyed my stay here.

• There was no hot water available for them to shower. • None of the rooms have A/C (the rooms were boling hot) • The air conditioning provided in the living area did not work. • The fridge was in such a poor condition that they couldn’t actually use it. • In the bathrooms, the toilet seat was disintegrating. • The remote for the TV could not be found. • One of the rooms didn’t have lights.

Almost needed a 4X4 to drive out of the main entance pot holes - the unit was clean but aged and poorly equipped - Carpets, linoleum, walls were stained.

The shower was dripping had to use our own towels to put on the floor so we wouldnt slip, no ipod dock, mouse trap in the room,locals use the ool that were not guests at the premises

the pool was great! the shower flooded and drainage was appalling. Cooking facilities were not clean enough to warrant use. Plenty of powerpoints. Very comfortable beds. Assistant staff were super attentive and very helpful. Public transport was not very regular and bus stops not labelled well. The walk to the beach was longer than written and not easily accessible.

I liked that it was spacious. I disliked the toilet seat that was disintegrating. Lots of broken shower tiles. Very dated fitout. Mismatched curtains. Looks like when something is broken it gets fixed with whatever they can find for cheap. The bed was comfy but was on castors without brakes! The blinds on the main bedroom window had a big gap on the side which we had to cover with a towel ! It was grubby 😩
