"I didn't eat the breakfast but the stay was enjoyable. I didn't expect the rooms to be that small, coming from the USA we're used to more space but regardless, i slept well and enjoyed the property. I love it, and i will be returning (to a bigger room ofc). The locals PERFECT for me. Best stay in canary wharf imo. "

"Our first room was filthy- the ‘cleaning rag’ was even left in the bathroom which turned out to be a dirty pillow case. Was moved to a different room and was told we would have that room for the remainder of our stay. However, was told the next morning we had to move and was left without a room for the day until after 3pm. The put up bed for my 7 year old was not in the room. Took us telling reception 3 times and it was eventually brought to the room at 8:30pm. Very outdated rooms and not as expected. Breakfast also not worth the money. Reception staff unhelpful."

"Room was very small, even for a budget hotel (being in London it wasn’t a budget price!). Be wary of there are two adults staying in the room you’ll be constantly getting in each others way when getting ready in the morning. No hand towels policy is weird to me, it’s a basic requirement to have a towel to dry your hands! Table next to bed was broken, shower was certainly budget, very bad water power. But it was clean and staff were friendly and a good location to explore the area. "

"Hostels are very different from hotels apparently. Not only is nothing for drinks in the room, there is not even a glass for water. Dog barking hours into the night. Poor quality food with little vegetarian options. No room service."
