We were lucky to get an early check in as we had been travelling from 3am an the lovely girl at reception could see how exhausted my little girl was.... that alone gave the hotel 10 stars in my eyes it meant so much 2 us. "Great location with great transport connections. Lots of space for a relaxed break. Would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of minor niggles, no bath plug, and it wasn’t clear what the process was for the rubbish at the end of the stay. Would absolutely stay again. "
