Why does the hotel expect guests to pay mobile roaming charges to request staff just to get checked in? Luckily one of the guests called and was able to get someone help us after 30 minutes of standing. For the room, chairs and sofa were dirty and had stains over them. "I have stayed at this hotel several times and always find it clean and good value for money. It is in the middle of the brilliant Nordwestzentrum shopping centre and directly over a fantastic swimming pool complex. Getting into Frankfurt centrum is very easy and quick by public transport or taxi."
