"Spectacular stay. The castle is such a unique experience as a hotel and we loved every minute. The property is beautiful and the service was five star. The only negative was a giant beehive outside our room which prevented us from opening the window. A couple bees also made it inside our room but we were able to “guide” them back out with a small towel. Fortunately neither of us are allergic but my wife was not happy. However this didn’t ruin our stay and we would absolutely return and recommend to anyone. Definitely pricey but we found it worth it. "

"Comfortable & friendly, quiet location, good menu with reasonable prices which is good because there is nowhere else around. Note you need a ferry to reach the property if you are driving from fort William (£13) or you can take a longer way (very scenic, single lane road)"
