"This hotel has an unbeatable location for visits involving Broadway theatre or the Times Square vicinity. The staff is so gracious and friendly and does everything they can to make you feel like a valued guest. The price is usually a huge bargain on hotels.com! You'll have a tiny room with scarce space to lay out anything at all. Same for bathroom. And the room will be clean but, though updated, it is an historic building with some signs of age. But if you want an affordable, convenient, clean, friendly place with a huge lobby to impress your friends, the Paramount is for you "

"The customer service was great. The room was excellent for the price. Neighborhood is very accessible and close to the NYSE and the battery is close by. Only negative thing would be the elevators being very slow but other than that I would come back and stay there"

"We loved staying here! It was very clean and quite serviceable for a tiny space. It felt fresh and well appointed. The water pressure in the shower left something to be desired but for the price and location, it was totally worth it. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
