"We checked in after 2am. At check in the staff reconfirmed that one room was for double and another was for triple. When we went into the room, the room for triple sharing did not have an extra bed, nor were the amenities setup for 3 people. When we called for an extra bed, the staff told us that we've to pay extra for for an extra bed. We were too tired to argue and just accepted and decided to fix the issue the next day. Thankfully the front desk clarified in the morning that we didn't have to...
