"Worm water is weak in the shower.
The windows need maintenance; sometimes air leaks in through them during strong winds.
The hotel is far a little bit from market, need to walk around 25 min.
The overall experience is good, in general good stuff, thanks for all of them."

convenient location, tram station a short walk away will take you to many places of interest eg grand bazaar, spice market, blue mosque etc in about half an hour. best way to travel as the traffic is terrible during peak hours

Hotel is located a quite area half way from Galata Tower and Taksim square.
Great experience overall: super friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful and spacious room and last but not least an amazing breakfast with an incredible view on the Bosphorus! My wife isn’t a morning person whatsoever, nonetheless after trying our first breakfast at sunrise due to some early work to do, she couldn’t get enough of it and so sunrise breakfast became the routine of our stay at Tomtom

Was browsing through the lists of hotels available at Sultanahmet in Istanbul, and I knew I had to book Fer Hotel for my holiday. Good location, just a few minutes walk to attractions e.g. Blue Mosque. True to pictures, the hotel is modern and clean.. very comfortable! What's impressive was hospitality of the staff - every single one of them was extremely friendly and helpful - even the chef at the restaurant greeted us Good Morning during breakfast. We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our time in Istanbul immensely. The staff are polite and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday and reception staff even assisted us to get a taxi to the airport. The star of our stay has to be the breakfast buffet spread. Together with the restaurant's breathtaking view, it was a beautiful holiday for us as a family to remember.

Breakfast was unbelievably amazing (all home cooked), hospitality was brilliant with every single staff. I went Cappadocia in the middle of my hotel stay and they willingly kept my large suitcase for free. I was solo and the experience in this hotel is one of my absolute cherished travel memories.

The hospitality of the front desk by Mr Shamsudin was very warm and welcoming. He recommended us a better room for our family of 5 at a very good additional rate. We enjoyed our whole stay in Carina as all the staffs were friendly and approachable.

Excellent location, from our room 42, we are directly facing Hagia Sophia. The location is also a walking distance to the tram station, blue mosque and the cistern.
The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help in every ways to make our stay in Instanbul a pleasent stay.
I rated the hotel facilities 4 star because i have difficulty to full flush the toilet bowl and the toilet floor is not heated in winter.
Overall rating, i gave them 5 star, reasonable price with one of the...
