This property is a bit out of the way but so worth it. Bus stop is near by. The dinner and breakfast were outstanding and the private Onsen was wonderful

The property was in a very nice location nested into the lovely mountains. The staff arranging our fantastic meals were so gracious and attentive. The room was cozy, clean, and well taken care of. This was the most unique experience I have ever had [younger women]. The Onsen was great and clean. Older women has been to 2 or three others in past years and this rates very high in comparison. Thank you from your northern Canadian ladies

It was a great ryokan stay. We loved the kaiseki dinner, it felt like we already had a lot in front of us and then they brought more and more. We liked being able to use a natural hotspring and just a reserved time for our room. We enjoyed our kotatsu table and just the general atmosphere of the place. We enjoyed using the yukata and had a really relaxing experience overall.

Amazing quality of water, nice setting, excellent dinner sets served at 1800, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to pampas grass fields.

The onsen is located in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the mountains with beautiful views. Close to public transport, the bus stop is about 5 mins walk away. The room was clean and tidy and the onsen was very relaxing. The service was very good especially when serving meals, we were well attended to. The Japanese style dinner and breakfast was delicious and there is an abundance of food. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Hakone again, our stay was very enjoyable and we recommend this onsen.

This place is amazing! There are 2 baths houses and it’s private! You can reserve the time and you get the bath house all to yourself! It’s great!

This is a great place to stay in Hakone. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the service is excellent.

We received one towel for the entire duration of our stay. There were dead flies in the room when we arrived. It is not close to anything. The manager dropped us off stranded at a bus station after he failed to make us a taxi reservation. Worst experience I have ever had in all of the 10 countries I have been to. We also had no warning that the hot springs were not functioning which was the entire reason for booking this stay.

Lovely clean hotel and onsen. Staff was very nice and accommodating and spoke English. We got the breakfast as well and it was delicious.

Best In Japan
We really enjoyed our stay there. Very relaxing and very nice hot spring. The breakfast and dinner are beyond words and their personal service at the restaurant are very impressive. We have the upgraded meals and they are absolutely fabulous. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Vor allem die ältere Dame an der Rezeption hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Trotz Sprachbarriere war die Kommunikation 1A und stets mit einem Lächeln begleitet. Uns wurde alles erklärt, teilweise auch mit Händen und Füßen, was wir sehr charmant fanden. Das hat den Aufenthalt von der ersten Minute an sehr angenehm gemacht. Die Zimmer sind funktional, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist sehr sauber. Das private Onsen für circa 50 Minuten ist eine wirkliche Erholung.

交通方便，由小田原到各大景點都好方便。寧靜旅舘，員工服務態度非常好！有兩個獨立風呂，需要預約，因為只有十個客房，預約時間不是問題！房間整潔乾淨！早餐及晚餐都好豐富，住了兩晚款式都各有不同，應有水準，值得一住！

저녁은 무조건 여기서 드세요 맛있어요
참 좋았어요 저녁 식사는 정말 훌륭했고 메뉴 하나하나 입맛에 잘 맛았습니다 도쿄 여행 기간 중 먹은 것중에서 젤 맛있었어요 그리고 서빙 해주시는 분도 친절하셨어요 온천도 굉장히 좋았어요 처음에 온천에 갔는데 수건이 없어서 당황했지만 방에 있는 수건 가져가세요 추가로 타월을 프론트에 요청하면 100엔이더라구요 그리고 방에 있는 욕조에도 뜨거운 물 틀면 유황온천물이 나와요 혹시 온천이 부족하셨다면 욕조에서 따뜻하게 한번 더 하시면 좋을것같아요 일본 료칸을 간다면 다음에도 여기로 방문할 의사있습니다

對住宿整齊滿意，酒店服務相當好！我們選擇酒店用晚餐，食物非常豐富、對食物質素滿意；每房間可獨立浸溫泉，但需要入住時預約時段，有私人空間、非常享受！唯獨是酒店位置比較偏遠，須轉巴士再步行7-8分鐘步程！但亦可接受，只是行程上需預留多一點時間！

朝・夕の食事も豪華で、食べきれなかった。 コロナの対策（食事の時・他）も良かった。 お風呂は、温泉を時間帯で家族風呂にしていて良かった。 駐車場が少し狭いように感じた。
