"I love everything about this hotel the only exception is their tvs have no ability to stream Netflix or any other service. Only downer for me and elevators could be a little more efficient but the hotel is great. Second time there this time I brought my whole family and it was amazing, we had an amazing time. "

"I booked a one bedroom ocean view suite. I could barely see the ocean while sitting on the balcony, trees at the front of the property blocking the view. It’s obvious the building is old. That’s fine but the decor is also old, outdated and the sofas are worn down and feel greasy. I visited two separate rooms. The elevators are tiny and I had to wait through 6 stops to come down from the 7th floor because it was too crowded for me to get on. The plumbing needs to be upgraded. The sink drained very slowly and the water was cloudy. The toilet water was always light yellow. At check-in the front desk representative gave me the key and room number without verifying my ID. I had to tell him he needs to check my ID, which didn’t feel safe. Fortunately I had other family members staying on the property to watch out for me. I didn’t use the gym or pool but those areas, the lobby, and common area bathrooms were well maintained. The hotel is in a nice, convenient area for walking to the beach, restaurants and bars, and shops. "

"Staff was amazing and so friendly. Promptly had maintenance at our room when we informed them the bathtub drain was draining slow/clogged. Clean rooms, great pool and hot tub area. Very welcoming, very safe environment."
