"Ambiance was very romantic with live local music playing during the day and at night. Lots of beaches and areas to explore and enjoy the beauty of the landscaping. Plenty of activities and different places to eat. But hands down, the employees are what put this place over the top. Very genuine! The only challenge was finding enough child friendly food options, as the property is quite isolated and no restaurants offer delivery there. There are only so many times you can eat the same food at the same restaurant with kids."

"The hotel is clean, and the beach is very clean and beautiful. In the morning, the ocean is usually calm with small waves, making it a great time for snorkeling. We were also able to see sea turtles quite easily. However, there are several things that could be improved. The parking area is quite far from the rooms, and getting from the second floor to the lobby is not very convenient. The hotel does not offer many entertainment or recreational facilities other than the swimming pool. The beach is not actually owned by the hotel, and ordering food or drinks from the hotel while staying at the beach is quite inconvenient. The air conditioning in our room was also very loud, and the temperature control worked inconsistently. On the positive side, the hotel’s signature drinks were very good. Overall, the hotel is clean and has a beautiful, peaceful beach with excellent opportunities for snorkeling and seeing sea turtles, but the facilities and room amenities could use some improvement."
