"We loved this resort. My husband and I have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and have to say, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The kids loved it. The resort is very family friendly and the staff was always kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning."

"We love the hotel. Amazing. We stayed in a room with pool. The staff, most of them looked mad. Food and drinks could be much better, a lot better. The experience booking restaurants was a challenge. Food always took to long to come the our table. We went to The Charro restaurant. Drinks took 30 min to got delivered to our table. Staff in The Theater were amazing. Really energetic, enthusiastic creating a enjoyable experience."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The rooms and balcony are huge and we received such a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival that we immediately felt at home. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from Punta Cana Airport, making our trip stress-free from the moment we landed. The amenities exceeded our expectations, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The pools, common areas, and overall atmosphere were exceptional. The food was truly spectacular, with a great variety of delicious options and outstanding service from the restaurant staff. What made our experience even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. We felt valued as guests and appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation. We created beautiful memories here and are already looking forward to returning. This is definitely a place we will visit again in the future.”"

"It was a great stay ! Everyone is very helpful and pleasant! Love the fact that we have a section of the beach exclusively for the guests. Front desk: Zuleyda ( Manager), Johan, Teresita and Rosa were amazing and so accommodating with us. Bellman: Natanael, Delvis, Danilo and the entire crew were excellent and so helpful. Dinning : Rut, Yennifer, Pamela & Rosami were always ready to serve and accommodate. Thank you ladies! Kitchen: Kimbaely, Antonino, Miguel , Juan & Jose - go above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met ! Thank you! Overall- I enjoyed like last trip a month ago !"

"What I liked- Property & services were top notch. Staff was very friendly. Place was neat & inviting. What I did not like- The traveler’s club was a waste of precious time. While the program may make sense to some it did not for me. They need to work on strategies to make the program more transparent. It looked fishy all along. To sum it up, when we raised concern about time wasted & asked how much the program would cost, we were given the highest quote by the so called Manager only to discover later from another guest that there were various levels. Juan was very helpful with daily updates & dinner reservations."
