"Clean room and good location. We were on the 2nd floor, end unit and the street traffic noise was a bit loud. Next time, we will request a room towards the interior of the hotel. Good value for the money. "

"Parking was easy, but actually getting to the parking lot was a bit of a pain -- it's on a one way, with an awkward left turn/u-turn if you come from the other direction. Pool was closed :( The images aren't wrong but perhaps misleading. It's definitely not in some nature oasis type setting, it's definitely just in the middle of a city with apartment complexes to both sides. The room itself was spacious and clean. "

"Arrived at tail end of heatwave and hotel HVAC could not provide enough AC power to be comfortable; staff indicated that half of the AC units were not working. Carpet in room had stains. Shower had black mildew and after use gave off strong odor. Noise of El Camino Real moderate, our room faced that street. We used ear plugs. Breakfast and common areas are in good shape. Long hottub enjoyable. Location perfect for all things Menlo Park and upper half of Palo Alto."
