"Hotel is good, got breakfast in the morning. I knew it was $25 but I just wanted to see how good it would be. For $25 the breakfast was average. Some hotels include something similar or better. I come to the area for business, next time i will skip the breakfast here."

"We stayed here twice on our trip. It’s an older hotel but it’s clean and good service. Beds are very hard. But easy to get to the airport. Would stay again. "

"The staff was terrific - from the welcome checkin to the porter services to help with the luggage and room checkin - professional; warm and helpful. Having the ability to check in before returning the rental car was an unexpected and welcome touch! Your valet team was terrific. The Site was quiet for being on the runway. Well done! Coffee/espresso machine in the room was a nice touch, as was the water - helps keep travelers hydrated. A+ on the bed. slept well. Suggestion: have cart access for travelers to use to take their luggage to the gate. Thank you - I will stay again and again. Aloha, Anne Marie"

"The airport shuttle was horrible when I got picked up. the driver was abusive. I'll leave it at that. The manager at the hotel was so calm, and kind and supported me through this bad experience on the phone and continued to acknowledge that yes this was not okay and did his best to make it all okay and he did. Manager was my total hero in this situation and I appreciated him SO MUCH. My room was excellent and the breakfast looked good but I had to leave too early to eat it. Shuttle driver in the morning was professional and not scary and made sure I got to where I was going. Travelers really need compassionate people to give help needed."
