I had a 4 nights stay. The first night is was awesome i had a nice room as advertised on Expedia. However, I was asked to move to a smaller room in another building for night 2,3, and 4. The room i was assigned was small and the shower was so hard to get in, i couldnt imagine anyone over 40 could get in and out safely. I feel like they used some bait and switch tactics. I felt I got scammed, when i first checked in, they told me Expedia should have mentioned this kind of room switching in the first place. I didnt want to argue because they told me every room is booked out, i had a 14 hours flight. Too tired to argue.

Hotel by a green belt
Hotel is located in a nice area by a green belt with shops and good eateries around, and 5 mins walk to train station. Breakfast was good with fruits and varieties.

Very good hotel
I had a great time, I had two problem, 1 with the hot water on the first night and 2 with the light turning off on the first night. I toll them the morning after and it did not happen again. Food for breakfast was so good. I will stay here again in the future😁

Great Hotel experience
Very professional and clean with friendly staff. I was able to speak Japanese and English there, which was great because they could explain the surroundings location without me using a translator (Mandarin is spoken there). The breakfast was amazing because it had international options and I choose the Japanese choice. My daughter loved the hot chocolate and bath tub.

Central Hsinchu Location
The staff were extremely helpful but not intrusive. The location is perfect to walk around Hsinchu or to walk to the train station. The facilities were very helpful for my tourism & working remote needs.

Old and tired
Bedsheet, pillow cases, blankets looks old and with stains. Requested to change and staff not helpful. When removed the bedsheet, many hairs found on the mattress, staff did not even at least remove them. :<< The wing we stayed look old and tired. Breakfast selection is good.

A nice breakfast to start your day
Front desk staff were very polite and always prepared to help. Buffet breakfast was very good and plates constantly refilled, pity that it finishes at 9.30am on weekdays, a bit early for late risers like me! The bathroom design was quite strange as there’s not much privacy, even couples may find it a little challenge.

Shin Yuan Celeb Metro Hotel
hotel was clean and it's not too far from the train station. price is reasonable for the size of the room and i was given a free upgrade.

A unique and beautiful hotel
The staff is very professional and kind. Check in time is late, 20:00 but for the price it isn't a bad deal. The rooms are beautiful and huge. I had a great time with my partner. The area is okay and near the subway. It was the best hotel I've ever been to and the price wasn't bad for Taipei.

Okay stay for the price
Generally okay as a place to spend the night. It's a mid-priced hotel so very little English spoken and Asian cuisine for breakfast. Room size okay, cleanliness acceptable and all the plumbing worked. Free WiFi and coffee-to-go in the morning. In quite a lively part of town so fun (and safe) to wander around after dark.

Great location for eating and shopping.
This was a great location, a few blocks from Sogo, quite street right around the corner of a cute little park. This location couldn't be better, walking distance from a ton of shopping and eating. The room was fantastic, clean and beautiful bathroom.

房間比照片看起來更寬闊，每日打掃也很乾淨，三人房廁所也很大有浴缸。三天兩夜可事先與櫃檯溝通，提供特約停車場的車位。櫃檯人員服務親切，如大飯店般的禮貌，大廳提供茶水自取。早餐味道也不錯。

The hotel is clean and quiet, located in a great location. The bath room is a bit strange, with a very high barrier to enter. If I were a bit shorter I might have trouble getting into the shower area.

值得再訪
整體環境很舒服，房間冷氣溫度適中，洗澡的水質也很棒。蓮蓬頭有些零件需要更新。電視機畫質有待加強。食物味道好吃，但品項可以再豐富些。總而言之是一個值得再訪的旅店。

滿意的住宿經驗
房間很大 有浴缸 免治馬桶 訂2間在隔壁 適合我們串門子，門口停車位少，滿了要去特約停車塲有點距離，早餐很多總類，服務人員態度很好
