"Well, Pan Pacific Hotel is a nice fancy hotel and it has different wings/buildings, and our room was 1128. It was pretty hard to go to Breakfast and other restaurant on the first floor in a different building. We had to go "out" the glass door , walked down the rocks and stone steps, then across the pathway to the restaurant. It is very dangerous especially for the seniors to walk on the rocks and stone without any rail and it was raining and those steps were slippery !! Why can the hotel have a "bridge" or "overpass" between the two buildings ??? And won't get wet when it's raining ??
The self laundry room, complicated machines and not easy to operate. I was too tired to walk back to the room in another building and back to laundry room to pick up laundry, not after a long day of walking and had to walk up and down again."
