The staff are friendly, kind and able to support you with any queries. The room is large and has all the amenities you could ever need. The location is close to many of the beloved shrines and temples. Lots of transportation options with access to city bus and subway. Lots of walking paths to explore the Higashiyama district. Loved our stay in Kyoto. "

"Maybe the best shower I've used anywhere. Breakfast was very reasonable, one hot egg dish plus breads, salad, fruit and yogurt and drinks buffet. Western food in the restaurant, fun music and atmosphere throughout. Beds were comfy, best hotel of our trip."
