"We had an excellent experience during our first stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, and the room was luxurious, spacious, and very clean. The hotel is right next to a subway station, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Every staff member we met was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Seoul! "

"Our experience of Sotetsu Splaisir was very good, although the rooms felt a bit small for a family of 4. Good choice of food for breakfast although opening time of 7am feels a bit late especially considering that tours start at 07h30. The hotel is close to major attractions, centrally located and close to many eateries. Easy to catch the airport bus from there. "

Comped 2 breakfasts due to our special occasion which was a delicious buffet of Korean and western food. Even had a cold soba noodle station! The staff were welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to help us at every turn. I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better hotel in the price range and look forward to staying again.
