"We have never been to hotel with such a high level of service ; every employee that we met no matter where it was whether in the elevator walking outside or just in the lobby, asked if he can help us with anything if we need any special services or just a quick hi. The stuff the executive lounge were also extremely friendly, helpful and pure joy to be around. I really think this hotel is something extraordinary."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once. There are so many reasons why this place is a gem. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it’s storing luggage or providing directions, they are patient with foreigners when checking in and checking out. Many cool amenities like a rooftop lounge and hot bath. The location is surrounded by fun, trendy shops and amazingly delicious places to eat. Even after areas normally close, you can find late night snack options. There is so much more too. Would certainly stay here again! "

"Close to everything, down a quiet street"

"Room very big and immaculately clean. There is a kettle, fridge and they provide fresh water bottles everyday. It was our first time visiting, and really enjoyed the busy areas 5-10mins walk away, but with the streets around the hotel being very quiet."

"Amazing stay. Incredible value. We had a 2 BR which was fully equipped. So spacious we felt we could stay there-wished we could stay there for months. Breakfast was included in our package and was great. There is a small but very nice playroom for kids! And the fitness center looked clean and bright and had all kinda of machines though we didn’t use it. Our room happened to have an absolutely incredible view. The location was perfect to see the places, walk two blocks (if that) to Insadong. We will definitely stay here if we visit Seoul again! "

"Clean hotel and spacious room for four people. Four bottles of water are provided everyday. Free washer and dryer with detergent on top floor. Nice lounge and terrace with a nice view on the top floor. Plenty of amenities like shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, tea/coffee, refrigerator, and a safe in room. Room service is once during our stay. Put dirty towels and trash outside the room door in the morning. Receive clean towels and water bottles in a bag outside the room door. Friendly front desk staff who speak limited English. The staff helped call a taxi for us twice. The taxi is inexpensive in Seoul and takes credit card. The staff also watch the luggage before check in and after check out. Although the hotel is inside an alleyway it is safe and just a minute walk to the main street. Hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, and buses. Train station is about 10 minutes walk. Remember to scan the Tmoney card when entering and exiting the bus/train. Walking distance to the palaces, oldest market, trendy Youth Avenue, and Cheonggyecheon stream. A nice hotel overall. "
