"We had an excellent experience during our first stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, and the room was luxurious, spacious, and very clean. The hotel is right next to a subway station, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Every staff member we met was super friendly and went out of their way to help us. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Seoul! "

" Room was clean and comfortable with an emperor sized bed which was amazingly comfortable. Perfect after a long day site seeing, eating and shopping. Comped 2 breakfasts due to our special occasion which was a delicious buffet of Korean and western food. Even had a cold soba noodle station! The staff were welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to help us at every turn. I don’t think I could’ve chosen a better hotel in the price range and look forward to staying again. Thank you to the Amid hotel team for making our stay exceptional! "
