"Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return! "

"Room was spotless, very clean, bathroom large which is nice with plenty of shelves!!!! We had a room with two beds, and that was a bit crunched. I would probably get the deluxe next time for more space. Breakfast was great, lots of variety. The location can't be beat. "

We showed up 4 hours early after not sleeping all night on our flight, just hoping to leave our bags, and Adam said since he had a room available he’d gladly just check us in.
