"We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. "

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was conveniently located next an indoor shopping area. Loved the bathroom toiletries and robe that were provided. We ordered room service two nights and it was delicious and quick! If we were ever in JB again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here."

"Great first-time experience staying at Sheraton Hotel JB! Everything feels new (literally lol), the hotel lobby smelt good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin room, and it was very spacious with 2 super single beds (or 2 small double beds), a small sofa + cushioned chair with a big round-ish table, 1 cushioned seat stand(?) for putting barang, a cushioned luggage opening area/cabinet, and the beds were comfortable. Cleanliness may need slight improvement as we had 1 bath towel that had a few strands of hair folded within, and a strand of hair under the blanket on each of our beds 😂 Another 2 small "issues" we had was the shower room glass door being unable to be closed fully and the aircon being a bit loud and not very cold despite the temperature being automatically set at 23.5°C. Then again, being in reasonably "temperated" room may not be a bad thing as we did not wake up shivering lol 🤣 My last comment on the hotel would be on their buffet breakfast! The food variety was great and the taste is majority good too! Thank you for your kind hospitality ☺️ *On a side note, there is a new mall connected to the hotel, and although it is not very big, it was nice to shop in as there is a big supermarket & pharmacy in the basement, sufficient food options, massage places (highly recommend Qi dynasty!) and also "useful" shops like Watsons, Daiso and MatsuKiyo."

"Loved the beds, slides, little treat for my granddaughter, cleanliness, TV and toothbrushes and clean towels. The personal room playground was in excellent condition and that was what made the stay most memorable and enjoyable for my granddaughter. But.....toilet sink was somewhat choked, shower head was leaking, and I had hoped for a separate shampoo and body wash bottles. Also for hooks or lines to hang our towels. Would appreciate a plug for USB or something (for inserting wires for charging phones). I wasn't told to approach the guard counter for checking in. That made it confusing and troublesome to manoeuvre. The guard wasn't patient nor friendly either. Apart from these shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and would love to plan for a 3 night stay there again instead of for just 1 night. Frankly, we enjoyed the stay here more than at the Premium room at Legoland Hotel. Thank you for the lovely room and your staff's kind assist."

"Rooms looks old from outside but inside is well maintained. Staffs efficiency at receptions. Buffet breakfast is simple with not much variety but restaurant staffs are friendly. Costco coffee machine at hotel lobby, wherever coffee lovers crave coffee at can buy at machine. Level 1 has hotel swimming pool, gym and kids playroom but you might not use much as Legoland connected with Medini mall has a lot things to do."
