"Great hotel and absolutely amazing staff !! I am seriously sight impaired and this was my 1st trip anywhere since my eyesight issues and i was very nervous about my trip...but the staff at the hotel went out of their way to do whatever they could to help me ....they even upgraded my room to an accessible room in a bid to help. Everyone from the bar staff to the front desk were nothing but kind, helpful and understanding i cannot praise them high enough"
