When I reached my room to find that it was not house-kept, I carried my luggage and walked down to the front-desk for help. In less than half an hour, the staff informed me that the room was ready. It was clean and comfortable. The air-conditioner was quiet.

Stay in hotel Fortune

I have to wait for half an hour for the 50 ringgit deposit receipt. It seems that the counter man not willing to issue receipt. I was given a room with no window like a prison cell. The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained.
