Value for money and good for this price. Generally neat and clean. Space is ok. There is no hand-soap, small hand towel, and bathroom floor towel. Having these details would make the experience much better. Note that the hotel itself does not have its own carpark or any free parking around. There is street parking outside the hotel which needs to be paid.

The hotel needs an update. Room is small and ours has no windows. Nothing much happening around the area but it is close enough to drive to various hip cafes such as The Founders the Eden and the great eatery at Principle.

This hotel located more out of the busy area. very quiet and unsafe area especially at night when came back. some stuffs not inside room, no phone to call for housekeeping, need go down to reception to ask for it. heard this hotel gonna shut down soon. overall bed and pillows are comfortable.

Check in and out was easy. Hotel location was deserted with no shops nearby. Room is reasonably size and comfortable. Sound proof is basically non existent and for some reasons, room above and beside makes lots of noise throughout the night causing a sleepless night.

The bedsheets, pillow sheets and towels have stains. The room also has an odour. Parking is NOT free (despite hotel stating its free) and you have to download the msia app and pay yourself. The toilet was also poorly ventilated. We have to checkin using machine outside the hotel. When we approach staff as we have issues with the booking reference after some time, she just give us a number to use the check in machine which is outside of the hotel. She could have just helped process our booking instead. There were many speeding motorists racing around the hotel area at night. However the hotel is well situated at Mount Austin and have good satay shop nearby.

I hardly give bad review but it was one of the worst hotel I stayed in JB. Cons: There were ants on the desk and toilet basin. Brown stains were observed on the pillow and mattress cover. The towels have bad mouldy smell too. The shops nearby were closed, only can order grab food or grab to nearby malls. Pros: The wifi is good though.

Lousy Toilet Paper & Food Poisoning Breakfast

Got back the same room which I stayed last year. Very comfortable but however, toilet paper quality is very lousy and easy to melt. There is new breakfast menu which are 4 types of spaghetti. I chose the carbonara and after breakfast, I'm having the runs as not sure what's wrong with the food.
