"I feel like the breakfast buffet was lacking in variety. The hot food could have been warmer. The lunch a dinner buffet was better. We tried all of the restaurants except the Asian one because we ran out of time. The Italian and steakhouse were our favorites. The seafood restaurant lacks variety and quality. The late night pizza and taco spots were great! We loved the daily entertainment and the walk ability of the resort. "

"The pool is very enjoyable. We were able to get seats by the pool easily every single day and were able to jump to all the different ones. It’s a very big resort. It’s a lot of walking was done, but we thought that it helped us walk off all the food and drinks we were having our boy really love the kids club and wanted to go back a few days in a row, which gave us time to go to the casino and things where children weren’t allowed."

"Our trip to Majestic Mirage started off on a great note, but unfortunately, the experience quickly declined. We encountered several issues with our room that significantly impacted our stay. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to a drainage problem, and the toilet leaked from underneath every time it was flushed. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room was not working, making it very uncomfortable. We brought these concerns to management’s attention, but it took until the last night—four nights into our stay—before we were offered the option to switch rooms. By that point, it was too late to make a meaningful difference in our experience. It was disappointing, especially given how promising the trip felt at the beginning. Unfortunately, due to these issues and the delayed response, I would not return to this hotel."

"Beach view was amazing , staff was friendly , food options were only great in the buffet and steak house , Asian too. As for the Mexican place I got served only onions as a vegetarian dish.. it was 9:30 and they had no more seating apparently. I wish there was a place with authentic Dominican food in the hotel. That’s the only complaint I have. "

"The pool was great, the AC not so good. The room was great when we arrived but got warmer during our stay. The controls to reduce warmth was not operable."

"The optics/aesthetics of this resort were ON POINT and The staff was wonderful. A few issues did arise. A) my room had mold in the shower and mold collecting on the couch in my bungalow suite. B) the app for making reservations to eat (mind you, ALL 12 restaurants are reservation only or you can’t eat) was down, so we had the front desk assist us in booking a few dinner reservations. upon arrival for dinner, the host informed us we did not have a reservation, and denied us entry. This happened 2 separate occasions, both reservations booked by the front desk. How are guests supposed to eat if the app is down and the desk-made reservations do not work? Very displeased with that. C) at 7pm security kicked us out of the pool. kicked EVERYONE out of the pool. respectfully, if i’m doing ANY swimming at night, it will be in the pool and not in the ocean. I was shocked when they said everyone needed to exit the pool — Mind you, if i was at home in arizona in the summertime, the sun would still fully be up at 7pm. D) my friends suite door battery died— desk told them to wait at their suite and someone would come to change the battery. they sat outside their room for 2 hours at 6am waiting for someone to come. Overall, the resort is stunning and the staff are so fun and kind! however these issues will stop me from booking at Princess resorts in the future. "
