"This is a fabulous hotel . The welcome we received when checking in was wonderful . We received an unexpected upgrade to Riverview room which was amazing . We had views all along the beautiful waterfront . Which was stunning when nightfall came and all the area lit up with a myriad of coloured lights . The breakfast was plentiful and delicious !We also ate in the Riverview Cafe and had coffee downstairs in coffee shop area .food and drinks at both were exceptionally good . The staff throughout the hotel were warm , friendly and exceedingly helpful The premises were spotlessly clean and well cared for . It had a quiet calm ambience throughout . It certainly is a 5 Star hotel which gave us a 5 Star visit to Kuching ."
