This was the most expensive hotel out of the three we stayed at during our honeymoon, and unfortunately it turned out to be the worst experience of the entire trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor. There was no welcome drink or warm hospitality, which was surprising considering the price and reputation of the hotel. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the room. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, which is unacceptable for a hotel charging premium rates. When we complained about the cleanliness, the housekeeping staff came and simply wiped curry stains off the seat using their hand and left without properly cleaning or sanitizing the area. It was shocking and very unhygienic. We reported this to the reception staff, but initially they did not seem to care or take the matter seriously. Only after a long discussion did they agree to move us to another room, but unfortunately the replacement room was no better than the first one. The condition and overall quality were still far below expectations. This hotel completely ruined a significant part of our honeymoon experience. For the amount of money we paid, we expected comfort, cleanliness, and professional service, but instead we received poor hospitality, dirty rooms, and careless staff behavior. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant or memorable stay."
