"Property was decent but bring bug spray windows stay open so there are mosquitoes and a couple roaches evey once in awhile but very good location next to evo mall plenty dining options only 20 minutes from kuala lumpur and several malls close by ioi mall was favorite isebelle restaurant great food amazing lasagna 24 hour security good place to stay for extended visits. "Booked the place for my parents and receive no complaints from them. They said the room is clean and comfortable, it is also near to our relative house hence why I choose this place."

"No lift,only staircase.Inconvinien for old folk or with heavy luggage if you stay lvl 3. 1st glance of room looks ok. But later found small cockroach in the room. Also a small insect on bed sheet.And also, there is small ants on the wall and table. Room is spacious with window for superior type.The toilet layout is strange that need 3 steps on it.Poor sound proof. Wont be return if have a choice."
